3. Send Your Breast Milk – After payment, you’ll get an order number . Ship or drop off your inclusions.
4. Relax & Wait – Your keepsake will be ready in 4-8 weeks, and we’ll email you when it ships!

🔹 Can I use old or expired breast milk?

Yes! Spoiled, leftover, or expired milk works perfectly—it won’t affect your jewelry’s quality.

🔹 Do you accept custom designs?

We currently focus on our curated collection to ensure every piece meets high standards. While we don’t offer custom designs, our existing styles are crafted to beautifully preserve your journey. Need help choosing? Just ask!

🔹 Can I send my breast milk before ordering?

Yes! You can send your inclusions first without placing an order. We'll safely store them for 1 month. If we don't receive your order within this period, we'll need to discard the milk. For more details, visit our Free Breast Milk Drop-Off page.

🔹 How long does processing take?

4-8 weeks from when we receive your inclusions (shipping time not included).

🔹 Can I combine orders with friends to save on shipping?

Yes! Here's how it works:

• Shipping fees apply to the address on the order invoice (Eg: INV2025-XXXX)

• Clearly label each milk bag with the matching jewelry name

• Important notes:

1. The jewelry will be labeled under the purchaser's name for our records
2. Please keep track of which jewelry belongs to whom
3. This helps us with future repurchases, repairs or inquiries
4. The labeling system helps us maintain accurate records while still allowing you to share shipping costs with friends. Just remember to note down which piece belongs to which person in your group order!

🔹 Can I order now and send my breast milk later?

Yes! You can secure current promotions by ordering now and send your breast milk within 3 months of your purchase date. This gives you plenty of time while ensuring you don't miss out on special offers.

Option 2: Drop It Off

1. Visit our mailbox at One Utama, Mailbox ETC.

Option 3: Use a Pickup Service

1. Grab Delivery, Mr. Speedy, or Lalamove work too! (Buyer covers the fee.)
2. Important: Send milk at room temperature.
